Brooklyn from Phatts Tans and Beauty 

This is Brooklyn's second car she ceramic-coated with us. Two months after coating someone scratched her car at Penrith Centro. She called me freaking out thinking the scratch was to deep and the car needed to be repainted. You could feel the scratch. We wet sanded it down until we couldn't feel the scratch. Then I noticed that the scratch was only in the ceramic coating and was able to come off. Yes, we did have to recoat the wet sanded area but all that was minor compared to repainting a panel.
