OUR VALUES, HISTORY, AND ABOUT US

Hi, I'm Tj, owner of Forensic Detailing Garage. My business specialises in deep cleaning/detailing. Our type of detailing focuses on following all the "rules" in cleaning; we don't skip steps or upsell. The service you're going to get will leave nothing out. For example, if you decide to go with a paint correction service (polishing), we will do all the prep work to get your car ready and then polish it according to industry stands. Yes, we will clay bar your car (makes the body smooth), remove tar, and do a filler-free finish. At this point, you might ask what a filler is. Well-fillers are used to hide paint defects (like make up for a car), making the car look good for a short time. Fillers fall off over time (weeks - months), making the car look ten times as nasty. We take pride in everything we do. I only hire skilled people obsessed with results and go above and beyond. People who work for me are paid exceptionally well, but their goal is quality, not speed. We are not the fast guys. Now we are a small shop with up to three people working at a time. I've tried the large shop, but we spent too much time walking back and forth. I like my shop small, like an operation room, with all my tools at hand.If you didn't know, my family, from my great grandfather, who worked on Ford's assembly line, my family have been in the automotive industry for three generations. To my grandfather, who worked at GM (paint and body), to my dad, you were a spray painter. I grew up doing paint correction; I understand and teach it, but my passion has always been the car's interior. I love interior detailing. It relaxes me and makes me happy. Cleaning an interior is my utopia.Interior detailing/cleaningI thrive cleaning the interior of cars. What makes us different from others? First, I've been detailing since the late 1990s, so I know my stuff and the commonly missed areas. Next, I know my products, tools, fabrics/leathers/vinyl/plastics/woods/trims. I also know how to address a wide variety of stains. I know what works and what doesn't. At the same time, I'm not overconfident and definitely not arrogant. Our prices are fixed, with no room to negotiate. The cool thing is the service and quality you get from us are low compared to others. That being said, others can't do most of the work we do.The timing - we don't rush, and I don't work under pressure. If we say a job takes eight labour hours to do, I guarantee someone will work on your car for that entire time. If not, we, without a doubt, refund the difference. To us, this is a bragging right: not only were we able to complete the job, but also under the budget - Hell Yeah!/detailing.
